Slow Computers Optimizing

We all skills frustrating it are often for a computer to require what looks like an eternity to perform a seemingly walk in the park. A slow computer can cost you time and even money over the end of the day. For many computers, there's a cure, and that I don’t mean a flashy new computer. If you've got a slow computer, a couple of hours to spare, and a basic understanding of Windows and an internet browser, then this tutorial is for you. First things first, some notes and disclaimers: - The order during which I discuss the subsequent optimizations, maintenance operations, etc. in this tutorial is not required. It is simply the order that I recommend. - All steps in this tutorial are optional. - I attempt to indicate when a specific optimization may be a little more advanced and leave it to you to make a decision whether you would like to venture down that path. These optimizations are intended for Windows XP up through Windows 7, though some of them will work with older versions of Windows.
